Sending a design or message asks the studio to review it. No payment is collected on this website, and submitting does not confirm availability, a production booking or a delivery date.
Concepts and material choices
Product imagery and interactive previews are illustrative. Listed sizes and material combinations are starting points for review, not certified manufacturing specifications or stock listings. The studio confirms the actual blank and usable engraving area.
Artwork and permission
Only submit photos, handwriting, logos and other artwork that you own or have permission to use. Review names, dates and wording carefully. We may decline requests that are unlawful, abusive or unsuitable for production.
Before production
Your approved preview, selected material/size and Hostinger order are the purchase references. Natural material appearance varies. Contact the studio before paying for a time-critical gift. Production and delivery timing must be confirmed; a date entered in the creator is a request.
Changes and questions
Contact the studio with your enquiry reference to discuss a change. A Kothu design reference confirms stored artwork. Use the Hostinger order confirmation for order and payment status. Contact the studio promptly about mistakes, damage or cancellation; if production has begun, a personalised piece may not be changeable. This does not limit rights applicable to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
